As a versatile pianist, Franziska Staubach has established herself nationwide in solo, vocal, and interdisciplinary fields over the past years. In 2023, she won the 3rd Prize at the International Schubert LiedDuo Competition in Dortmund alongside baritone Konstantin Paganetti. Additionally, she is a laureate of the Anton Rubinstein International Bachelor Piano Award in Düsseldorf and was nominated for the 2022 Music Prize of the Klassiksommer Hamm with the COLLIDE Quartet. She completed her master's degree in solo piano with Prof. Lücker and in Lied interpretation with Prof. Eisenlohr at the Hochschule für Musik und Tanz in Cologne. During an Erasmus study at the Music Academy in Zagreb with Danijel Detoni, she received important impulses. As a soloist, she has performed at renowned festivals such as the Bonn Beethovenfest and the Klavierfestival Ruhr. Her training in violin and organ with Prof. Wieck and Prof. Schmid sparked an interest in designing chamber music and interdisciplinary projects. She is the founder of the COLLIDE Quartet, which has been a finalist multiple times in the #LIEDINNOVATION competition of the Rhonefestival. She has also established herself as a piano teacher in many circles. From 2019 to 2021, she held a teaching position for piano at the HfMT Cologne and now teaches Lied Interpretation there. Additionally, Franziska Staubach is a regular jury member of the "Jugend musiziert" competition.
